ELBACHA LLC was retained by the project’s owner to conduct an Initial Environmental Examination of his planned full service Gas Station and convenience store on the adjacent northern highway of Amchit. The project features pumping gasoline and diesel machines a modern automotive servicing area and a convenience store.

The aim of the owner is to promote a sustainable modern gas station conveying his commitment to the internal target groups of auto-industry members, distribution partners and station operators adopting enforced policies on safety and product quality, among other environmental measures and standards.

Performed Assignment:

Completion of an Initial Environmental Examination for the proposed Category 1 gas station project. This study has been structured to meet the requirements set by the Ministry of Environment and to increasing awareness of the owner about associated potential impacts at various levels, and the necessary measures to be adopted to reduce and control pollution.
