Batoulay Gas Station IEE

The proposed project involves the construction of a petrol station in the village of Batoulay, Tyre, South Lebanon. The services to be offered include gasoline and diesel dispensing, vehicle washing and oil exchange. Spread over an area of 1200 sqm, the project aims to promote a sustainable modern gas station that adopts enforced policies on safety and product quality, among other environmental measures and standards.

ELBACHA was retained by Messrs. Abdallah and Mostafa Youssef Youssef to conduct the required Initial Environmental Examination.

Performed Assignment:

Completion of an Initial Environmental Examination for the project, structured to meet the requirements set in Annex 6 of decree 8633 dated 7/7/2012 (Environmental Impact Assessment Fundamentals) and decision no. 260/1 dated 12/6/2015 (Procedure for the review of IEE reports), aiming at implementing the environmental management plan to decrease its impacts and abate pollution.
