The proposed project involves the construction of Dhour Jiyeh Residential Project in the village of Jiyeh, Chouf, Mount Lebanon . The project consists of 12 building blocks spread over an area of 12,000 sqm, and is located in an attractive coastal location 1 minute from Beirut-Saida Highway. The project aims to provide housing opportunities for around 100 families at more affordable rates compared to the big cities.

ELBACHA was retained by MIRAK Real Estate SAL (Main developer) to conduct the required Initial Environmental Examination.

Completion of an Initial Environmental Examination for the project, structured to meet the requirements set in Annex 6 of decree 8633 dated 7/7/2012 (Environmental Impact Assessment Fundamentals) and decision no. 260/1 dated 12/6/2015 (Procedure for the review of IEE reports), aiming at implementing the environmental management plan to decrease its impacts and abate pollution.
