In response to the increasing demand of GLOBAL CONTRACTING S.A.R.L construction services, the company decided to diversify its business activities and invest in three industrial operations that are directly related to its contracting business.

ELBACHA LLC was retained by GLOBAL CONTRACTING S.A.R.L to conduct an Environmental Impact Assessment of their planned Hot Mix Asphalt Batch Line, Ready Mix Concrete Batch Line and Concrete Building Blocks Line on the international highway of Baalbek-Homs.

Completion of an Environmental Impact Assessment for a Class II Industry as per Decree No. 5234/2001. This document has been structured to meet the requirements set by the Ministry of Environment aiming at implementing the environmental management plan to decrease its impacts and abate pollution in order to be eligible for an operation permit from Ministry of Industry.
