The proposed project involves the construction of Cedars Amusement Park in the village of Barouk, Caza of Chouf – Mount Lebanon Governorate. The Project consists of an amusement park and a restaurant, located next to the origin of Barouk Spring.
ELBACHA was retained by CEDARS PARK SARL (Main developer) to conduct the required Initial Environmental Examination.
Performed Assignment:
Completion of an Initial Environmental Examination for the project, structured to meet the requirements set in Annex 6 of decree 8633 dated 7/7/2012 (Environmental Impact Assessment Fundamentals) and decision no. 260/1 dated 12/6/2015 (Procedure for the review of IEE reports) aiming at implementing the environmental management plan to decrease its impacts and abate pollution.
