IFAD and OFID funded project. The project intends to reduce rural poverty by substantially increasing the agricultural productivity and income of the targeted households. We were subcontracted by Green Plan to assist in the launching of farmer service centers across Lebanon.

Performed Assignment

• Assisted HASAD project by selecting NGOs to operate centers that service farmers in designated locations around Lebanon
• Prepared relevant RFPs, TORs and validated the business feasibility of the envisaged Farmer Service Center including cost recovery plan to ensure self-sustainability of these centers
