Performed Assignment:

• Assisted FAO International consultants in drafting Lebanon agricultural export promotion policy paper and developed the appropriate export/marketing strategy
• Designed the organizational structure of an autonomous agricultural export promotion organization (AEPO) and drafted its effective legislation including its mission, vision and five-year action plan
• Prepared awareness and training materials on export promotion strategy and activities, export opportunities, placing products abroad, access to databases for export supply chain actors and Ministry of Agriculture staff and for AEPO staff in particular.
