South Business Innovation Center

The South Business Innovation Centre is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and is the first sustainable standalone business development center in South Lebanon. SouthBIC is geared towards assisting entrepreneurs and businesses in the South achieve their goals and enhance their competitiveness through excelled innovated business practices.

Performed Assignment:

• Developed change management that transformed SouthBIC into high performance non-governmental organization. Trained senior staff to better provide actionable performance to focus on results and drivers to results. Incorporated assessment based inputs of the external and internal environment to be aligned with SouthBIC mission.
